Hasibu anfusakum Qabla antuhasabu "Bring yourself to account before you are taken to account." And 'Umar added: Wazinu anfusakum Qabla antuzanu "Weigh your deeds before your deeds are weighed." This issue of questioning oneself and taking oneself to account was practiced by the Salaf of this Ummah.
Now, number two, once you have this plan, as always, we have a beautiful tradition from Ahl ul-Bayt. You need 'Hasibu anfusakum qabla antu hasabu.' You need self-judgment. From time to time, judge yourself. And this self-judgment is not only about Allah, even about your dunya.
