Instructions. In a small bowl or jug, combine soy sauce, water, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, and give it a whisk. Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Pour the sauce you just made in the small bowl over the chicken. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on high for 2-2.5 hours or on low for 6 hours.
Let the chicken brown on the first side before flipping it, and then let it brown on the second side. This takes about 3 minutes (it will cook more as the rest of the stir fry cooks). Add the onion, red bell pepper and carrot. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the broccoli and the sauce; cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Directions. In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine first 9 ingredients; add chicken. Cook, covered, on low 3-4 hours or until chicken is tender (a thermometer should read at least 165°). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl. Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions, set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat brown ground turkey in oil. Add the broccoli florets, carrots and bell peppers. Quickly sauté until the vegetables are crisp tender. Add the pasta noodles and pour in the sauce. Mix until completely combined. Set the pan over medium-low heat, then add remaining sauce ingredients. Bring it to a boil and let bubble for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat. Place chicken in slow cooker, pour sauce on top, and then use kitchen tongs or a fork to turn each piece of chicken and be sure it is fully coated. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
